MGS SW GROUP LTD Security services have worked for Relevention Ltd for a 3.5-month period in 2024. The group provided security services for our Christmas Market set up, operation and take down in Bristol. They also provided security services for our Christmas village family entertainment event, in Castle Park Bristol, which ran concurrently with the Christmas Market.
Both events had outdoor bars, catering units, seating areas, children’s rides, trader stalls, Marque, a roller rink, curling lanes with high value equipment.
We found the company to be highly professional, offer effective security services and have excellent communication with clients. They responded very quickly to customer feedback and had an excellent response rate. They handled incidents with professionalism and offer a comprehensive follow-up service to ensure client satisfaction. I would recommend them for membership.
